UPDATE: As of Oct. 28st 2020, Canada Post has advised that all letters/parcels are now subject to 2-3 day standard delivery times due to COVID. Basically, CPC added 1 day to all shipment times. ( If they deliver sooner.. great! )
If you have received a shipping notification email from us, this means we have processed your order and have passed it along to the shipping carrier for delivery.
Please note that it may take longer than usual to see the movement of your package and further tracking updates and expected delivery dates shown may be inaccurate or delayed.
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain and unmarked packages, without product or company identifiers.
Order Processing Deadline
Outside Winnipeg orders received before 2:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day.
Orders received after the above cutoff time will be shipped the next day.
Please note that we cannot expedite last-minute orders that are placed after our deadline. (Check with us.. exceptions do happen from time to time.)
Local Delivery = ( Winnipeg ) is available. Mon-Sun. 🙂 We are trying for same day delivery. ( It depends on the couriers schedule.. )
Local Delivery = Within the immediate Winnipeg Area.. up to the Winnipeg Perimeter Bypass. (*If you are located just outside the city limits aka St. Norbert etc. No problem. 🙂
Shipping in Manitoba
Currently we do ship to just outside the Winnipeg Area. St Norbert, Selkirk etc.
We also ship direct to several rural Manitoba locations. IE: Ashern, St. Martin Station, Grand Rapids, Ponton, Wabowden, Thompson, Portage La Prairie, Gladstone, Neepawa, Ste Rose du Lac, Dauphin, Swan River & Brandon. ( Cross Lake coming soon! )

IK upholds the delivery standards that we quote on our website during checkout. There may be rare occasions where delivery is delayed due to reasons outside of our control. IK will not be held liable for any shipping carrier service failures, including delayed deliveries or lost packages.
We request that you double-check your shipping address is correct when placing your order (including any unit or apartment number), then verifying this again in your order confirmation email.
IK is not responsible for covering any charges for items returned to us, due to incomplete or incorrect addressing provided to us by a customer. These items may be subject to a $15 ‘Return to Sender’ fee, as well as the original shipping costs to re-send the order.
